Jim McMahon - Executive Chair
Jim has a background in finance, retail property and investment. Jim was a founding partner of West Coast Capital, former partner and board member in PWC and chair of Motherwell Football Club. Jim has looked after the PGA, the Ryder Cup Limited and Saracens Rugby in his time at PWC.
Michael Gradon - CEO
Michael was a Director of FTSE 100 company P&O where he was Group Commercial & Legal Director, Chairman of the property division and of Europe’s premier sports resort La Manga Club, Spain. He is an NED of aviation and hotel companies and spent 15 years ad a Board Member of the Wimbledon Championships.
Peter Gordon - Commercial Director
Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and owner of a padel club and founder of the Scottish Padel Federation. Extensive sports facility experience gained through roles in sportscotland and Tennis Scotland and now managing director of the respected Advantage Sports Consultancy.
Vincent Hivert - Operations Director
Vincent is a tennis and padel specialist and qualified coach in both sports. He has established one of the largest club-based junior tennis competition programmes in the UK and has extensive experience working with clubs to grow and develop their sport programme, increasing membership and club revenues.
Carlos Sabugueiro - Strategy Director
Carlos has held a number of C-suite roles across the financial services and automotive industries. He launched Copart’s market-leading global auto auction business into the Middle East, where prior to returning to the UK to join Game4Padel, he had been resident in Dubai, UAE for 12 years. He also lived and worked in Asia for 8 years, residing in Hong Kong. He led various business units for the Zurich Insurance Group across Asia, Latin America & the Middle East for 15 years and was the CEO for Swiss Life’s International businesses, responsible for creating a client proposition across the global emerging markets.
